Level 4 Stylist They are established, respected, and carry a reputation for excellence that has earned them this title. With years, sometimes decades of experience, advanced education and the highest demand for their services, there isn't much a Level 4 Stylist hasn't handled in his or her craft.

Master Stylist - L4 This stylist is a leader in the salon company, and their services are the most in demand. They book several weeks or more in advance, have the most hands-on experience and meet other benchmarks such as customer satisfaction and referrals from happy clients.

Level 3 – A level three stylist is also called a master stylist. These stylists have the largest clientele list and also offer services that they specialize in. Since master stylists have some major industry knowledge, they do a great deal of educating and helping to train junior stylists.
